Halliday Marx have partnered with a Large Professional Services business to recruit a Senior Billing Analyst on a permanent basis.

This role is 1 day a week in the office, 4 days from home.


Responsibilities;

  • Responsible for Revenue/AR transactions and reporting
  • Responsible for the end to end billing process
  • Validating client contract details
  • Confirming engagements in SAP adhere to SOX Controls.
  • Processes improvement across the Billings and Transactions process
  • Liaising with Revenue teams regarding more complex queries.
  • Training for new starters and supporting junior team members
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation for internal audit purposes
  • Supporting the month end close process
  • Previous experience within a fast paced Billing environment
  • Being fluent in another language would be an advantage but not a must
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
  • Excellent communicator with both written and verbal communication
  • Strong Team Player with a 'Can Do' attitude
