A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join its team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in insolvency law and a client following to expand their practice within a leading firm. The role offers significant autonomy and access to excellent marketing and IT support.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in insolvency law
• Proven track record of managing a caseload of insolvency matters
• Established client following with the ability to bring clients and grow the firm's insolvency practice within Kent

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law, including corporate and personal insolvency
• Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to develop new business
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams within the firm
