    We are seeking an Insurance Product Executive to join our growing team at JR United Kingdom.

    About the Role

    This role is part of the Insurance & Financial Services function and focuses on developing, improving, and overseeing a range of member-facing insurance products.

    As the internal expert, you will balance technical accuracy with empathy for member needs, ensuring insurance products meet regulatory requirements, respond to real member feedback, and stand up well against competitors.

    You will work across departments, assist with claims insight, and keep documentation clear and compliant.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, improve, and oversee member-facing insurance products
    • Ensure insurance products meet regulatory requirements and respond to member feedback
    • Support call centre queries (around 20% of your time)
    • Assist with claims insight and documentation

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of insurance products, ideally travel, health, or niche cover
    • Experience supporting regulated products, FCA knowledge a plus
    • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing claims data, trends, and feedback
    • Empathy-led, member-focused approach
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Detail-driven, organised, and confident using tools like Google Workspace
