We're looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our team of experienced and innovative b2b marketers.

This role is to be the Marketing Executive within the marketing team of the
Total Telecom branch of the company.

Total Telecom runs 8 events every year alongside our news website.

You also need to be something of an all-rounder and be able to engage both sides of your brain.


You need to be creative:
looking for solutions, writing great copy, and briefing designers. You'll also need to be analytic; be obsessive about data, understand segmentation, and be able analyze campaign performance.

At Terrapinn we use world-class marketing technology to market our events.

You'll be fully immersed in our CRM and marketing automation systems, plus become an expert on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.

You'll be supported and trained to a very high level.

In short, the kind of person we're looking for should be creative, analytical, and organised.

The role is ideal for someone that is genuinely interested in marketing, understands the role of different media and channels, and is desperate to learn about marketing quickly.

And someone that can write copy that sells.

We're thinking of someone with a decent degree in Marketing, Business or Psychology (although not limited to these) plus some demonstrable marketing expertise.

Some of the tasks you'd immediately be responsible for:

• Creating graphics and copy for social media
• Timetabling and scheduling social media posts
• Taking ownership of media partnerships including reaching out to targets already identified, researching new partners, negotiating partnerships and ensuring deliverables are carried out by them and on our side
• Tracking success of partnerships
• Updating event websites
• Assisting with marketing campaigns for larger events
• Liaising with press

A marketing executive who shows great initiative and potential would be given more responsibility with the aim of a junior marketing manager position from 6+ months.

This could include further tasks such as:

• Creating marketing plans for specific projects
• Data management
• Taking ownership of website creation
• Creating and managing digital marketing projects such as Google Ads
