Relationship Managers provide a combined mortgage and property service, understanding their client's needs and working closely with them, until we find them their dream home and they go onto use our financial services.


As a Client Relationship Manager at Edward Mellor Ltd, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.


Your primary responsibility will be to understand the client's needs and proactively offer solutions to meet their property and financial requirements.

Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.


Your main goal will be to drive business growth in mortgage, conveyancing and property sales whilst promoting long-term loyalty within Edward Mellor.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and nurture the relationships with clients to establish trust, rapport, and loyalty to support them in buying their dream home
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including the Estates and Financial Services teams, to facilitate smooth transactions and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and preferences in the company's CRM system.

Requirements:


  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills plus attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
