Brief job description:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi
- Channel Marketer Apprentice with Higher ground, a flooring store based in Camberley.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- To update, manage, and oversee all aspects of social media associated with the company including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter & Houzz.
- To ensure posts are consistent with the Higher ground brand in both content and style. Images used to be sharp (in focus), well cropped, and appropriate to the style, look, and feel of the business.
- Produce content and copywriting for the new website which is to be launched in the Autumn of 202
- Maintain and update website, removing discontinued items, and adding new product.
- Check website for outofdate images, landing page images, broken links, etc.
- Looking at competitor's websites for inspiration. Liaising with Gerard and bringing idea on how our website can be improved.
- Liaising with Gerard for all Social Media accounts including Pinterest, Instagram, FB, Twitter & Houzz.
- Formulating strategies for maximising social media with Gerard, Tiger Marketing & Warren Creative.
- Use Google Analytics to drive strategy. These is key, and we need to monitor it daily, weekly and monthly.
- Ecommerce website: to implement, maintain, update, and ensure accurate records by way of Excel Spreadsheets to be used as instructed for data purposes. All prices, images, and ranges to be checked against current supplier's records.
- Liaise with outside firms such as Warren Creative & ITrex to carry out duties associated with your role.
- Assist with aspects of the day to day running of the business if required including speaking with customers, answering the phone, and ad hoc duties as required.
- Covering holidays for other employees.
- Promote, and always represent Higher ground in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Skills Required:
- Numerical and analytical
- Understanding of social media
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office
Personal qualities:
- Personal appearance, and hygiene should be always to the highest standards. Shirts should be clean, ironed and tucked into trousers, or smart jeans, or chinos.
- The company operates a no smoking policy. This applies to anytime you are working or representing the company. It is not acceptable to arrive at work with smelling of cigarette smoke, or to smoke during company hours either on, or off the premises.
