My client is a pioneering technology company that helps customers structure complex financial ecosystems by delivering convenient, smart, digital solutions.

Their secure, cloud-based platform empowers businesses by creating a space where this network canexist and deliver streamlined, automated business functions, from e-invoicing and payment processing, to working capital financing, e-identity solutions and more.

With the launch of their new cloud-based invoicing platform in February 2023, the Country Manager position is a critical role in the business to drive revenue across partner channels including the Accountancy sector, Professional bodies and business federations.

• Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics in a B2B/Channel partner environment
• Measure, manage and optimise the productivity of the team
• Manage the ongoing development of the Sales team through training and teambuilding initiatives
• Developing and closing new business opportunities
• Managing the relationship with key commercial partners
• Oversee the team negotiating commercial terms for new contracts
• Work closely with the marketing department.

• At least 5 years of experience selling digital products/services in a document management, invoicing, accountancy or compliance software environment
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management
• Indepth understanding of the UK E-Invoicing landscape from a legislative and compliance perspective
• Experienced at developing and executing sales strategies and tactics in a B2B/Channel partner environment with a high level of complexity.
• Accustomed to working in a goal driven environment
• Motivated to hunt
• Critical thinking ability to gather, interpret, synthesize and present information;
• Proactivity, takes ownership, focus on problemsolving more than problem finding and adapt to changing environments and priorities;

In return, my clients offer a basic salary of up to £85,000, OTE £120,000 plus car allowance, flexible working and other benefits.

The position is field based with a regular interface required with the company's offices located in Milton Keynes, There maybe a periodic requirement to attend meetings in other European countries.
