Care Worker - No Previous Experience Required

Summary:

Are you compassionate and dedicated? We are looking for individuals like you to join our team as Care Workers.

In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting individuals in need, aiding them in maintaining independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Duties:


  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Offer medication reminders and aid in medication management.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
  • Undertake light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or outings as required.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support.
  • Monitor clients' health and promptly report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
