Pay Rate:
£13 - £15 per hour (assignment rate) dependent on experience and qualifications
Hours:
Full-time, 08:30 am - 15:30 pm (may vary depending on assignment), Late notice cover may be required.

Main Duties of the Supply Teaching Assistant/
Learning Support Assistant:
- Help students across different educational settings, encompassing classrooms, resource centres, and outdoor learning areas.
- Aid teaching personnel in executing lesson plans and utilising instructional resources.
- Assist students in achieving their individual learning targets, spanning academic, social, and behavioural aims.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to establish inclusive learning environments tailored to the diverse requirements of students.
- Keep precise records of student advancement and maintain open communication with teaching staff and parents/guardians.
Requirements of the Supply Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant:
- Preferred experience working with children or within educational contexts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to adjust to diverse classroom settings and perform effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated patience and compassion in student interactions.
- Readiness to cover assignments at short notice, displaying flexibility.
