Role purpose
-
Supporting the directors with day to day duties._

Duties to Include:

Supporting the directors with admin duties.
Coordinating Director diaries, travel arrangements and filing systems
Assist with preparation of board papers and weekly reports
Coordinate and arrange meetings and support the directors at events where required.
Producing and preparing presentations in PowerPoint and Adobe
Social media posts and marketing materials
To To update and utilise tracking logs for all safety issues and chase Management teams to ensure they are fully addressed
To report all major nonconformance to directors immediately for advice and next stage actions.
Coordinate and prepare for all external audits relating to IS09001, 14001, 45001 ,Sedex, FSC, safe contractor,

Required:

Experience of using a variety of IT packages i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
Previous Administration experience
