Progression Services we provide personalised, one-to-one support for young people who are currently struggling in their educational setting.

Progression Services are expanding and are looking for specialist, committed professionals to join our team and work with our young people across Devon.

Job Purpose:

Provide personalised, one-to-one support for young people across the age and ability range who are currently struggling in their educational setting.

Make learning a positive experience and bring out the best in each individual by combining enrichment activities, nurture and academic support and:

• supporting them to recognise and overcome any barriers to learning;

- filling any academic gaps in their knowledge, skills and understanding - particularly in English and maths;
- supporting them to re-engage with education in a positive way that will enable them to exceed that which they thought possible.


Salary:
£20,258.00 per year
