About the company and role:

My client works on a variety of exciting projects, with their recent work covering the Logistics, Offices, Community, Education,Leisure & Industrial sectors.


To succeed in this role, you should have several years industry exposure working as an Architectural Assistant and boast design flare and good technical abilities.

Skills, Experience & Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Several years UK based experience working as an Architectural Assistant.
  • Previous exposure supporting on the running of projects and succeed working independently.
  • Be design focused and have strong technical skills.
  • Communicate and liaise with all members of your design team.
  • Attend some site meetings and delegate workloads.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Building Regulations and Planning Policies.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Having previous experience in Revit is essential.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met to an excellent standard.
  • Deal with the coordination of designs with other members of the team.
  • RIBA Part 2 equivalent.
