Description
Our client specialises in dementia care that develops, sustains and where possible, improves mental and motor skills.


They are looking for an experienced facilities management engineer to come and work in one their Cheshire Residential care homes and be part of a team that cares for one another, and works together to give our residents the best standard of care.


As a facilities management engineer, you will provide generalist maintenance support and provide a link between our central support service and the home to ensure full compliance with all H&S and maintenance guidelines.

For this role maintenance experience is essential.


What our client is looking for:

  • Monitoring and maintaining the building and its fabric and if required call in external contracted to help with the above
  • Compile the required information for the Regulation 15 CQC folder electronically and a hard copy is to be held in the managers office
  • All the outstanding/planned maintenance to be uploaded and reported on the maintaining system
  • Any ordering of materials or items must follow the process and through the PO systems in place
  • If any training is required, we will undertake this
  • Call out fee's maybe required, this will be required out of hours and will be paid additonal (£40 call out fee)

Experience:
