Reed HR are working with a Charity based in North London to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a full-time, Interim basis for a minimum of 4 weeks with the possibility of being extended.

Pay rate will be deemed Inside IR35 at £22 - £26 per hour (depending onPAYE or Umbrella option).

This job will operate on a hybrid working model with some days worked both in the office and from home each week.


The main purpose of this Senior HR Advisor job will be to provide proactive, efficient HR Generalist advice to all employees, Line Managers and Stakeholders across the Charity.

You will work with the wider HR team on a variety of Human Resources issues suchas, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Reward and Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, and more.

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:

  • To provide comprehensive support and advice to managers on recruitment and on boarding to provide a quality service that meets business needs
  • Support the Head of HR in reviewing, developing and implementing the organisation's Reward strategy and providing administration support to the Payroll function
  • To support managers in the implementation of the performance management system
  • To lead on Employee Relations casework, supporting manager on Sickness / Absence, Disciplinary cases, Grievances, and investigations in line with current employment law and legislation
  • To ensure that all the necessary information and data that underpin the HR functions are processed appropriately and effectively
  • Any adhoc project work as required by the Head of HR
This is a professional and demanding Senior HR Advisor job, that is very hands on, and to be successful it is ideal that you have worked within a busy Generalist HR role previously and have led on Employee Relations casework
