Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team ASAP.THIS IS A PERMANENT ROLE
Van, Fuel card, Tools and Uniform is all provided on your first day
You will be based in various locations across Reading and Guildford.
About the role
- You will be responsible for carrying out predesignated maintenance works, as well as planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
- Tasks may include but not limited to: Planned periodic testing of fire alarm systems. Planned periodic testing of emergency lights. Planned periodic recording of utility meter readings. Inspection and reporting of the condition of fire doors. Regular perimeter walkarounds to ensure fencing integrity. Minor painting works as required. Repairs of minor items as applicable.

About you
- Clean UK Driving licence
- Familiarity with using IT tools such as PDAs and CAFM systems
- Ability to plan and prioritise work
- Strong problemsolving skills and the capacity to address and resolve issues independently
