Assembly Operator - Pharmaceutical Sector Hub

Role Overview:


The Assembly Operator will weld, assemble, test and package products following standard operating procedures to meet quality, cost and time standards.


Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on

  • Understanding an complying with Company Environmental, Health and Safety practices (EHS), identifying areas for improvement and supporting related initiatives
  • Promoting and improving work area through 5S activity
  • Completing Quality System transactions and Production System Transactions
  • Meeting on time delivery by organising yourself and colleagues to effectively complete plan
  • Engage, suggesting and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and projects

Your previous experience is likely to include.

  • Working within a production environment
  • Basic working computer skills
  • Growing an understanding of your role and it's commercial and quality impact on the department

To be successful in this role you will

  • Be flexible and willing to complete other duties to upskill as required
  • Comply with Company Core Values at all times
  • Be able to work on daily plans using numeracy and literacy skills
  • Follow instructions well and maintain high levels of quality through excellent attention to detail
