The Role
***This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a pivotal role within a leading sports content and betting organisation. The Group Board Executive Assistant will report directly to the Chief of Staff and ensure a strategic approach in supporting the Executive Committee and Board in collaboratively managing and organising their workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging effectively with key stakeholders
  • Dealing with correspondence, issues and diary management in a timely and effective manner
  • Drafting, replying and managing correspondence at pace and to an exceptionally high standard
  • Managing diaries effectively providing an excellent organisational steer for the Chief Executive and Chief of Staff
  • Demonstrating confidentiality at all times
  • Working with colleagues to facilitate Board and offsite meetings. This will include preparing presentations and project packs, minute taking and communicating outcomes
  • Tracking business performance in line with business goals
  • Exhibiting a handson, supportive and proactive attitude

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven ability to work well with all levels of management, handle confidential and sensitive information, work independently and under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
  • Experience in supporting the efficient running of a steering committee, group board or other senior stakeholders within a corporate environment
  • Ability to manage high volume workloads in a methodical and calm manner
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
