Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:

  • Managing and leading team to achieve goals, target and KPI's
  • Gaining and sharing a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of products, markets, and competitors
  • Supporting recruitment and selection process for new hires
  • Dealing with any customer issues that are escalated to above advisor
  • Collaborating with management team to align all actions with business goals and strategy

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Manager:

  • Proven track record of managing teams to achieve sales, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
  • A strong work ethic with a focus on delivering business results in a teambased environment
  • Protection/PMI Insurance Products and Processes experience
  • CII Certificate in Insurance (or be prepared to work towards)
  • Knowledge of development and coaching techniques
