Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team to support students with special educational needs. Your role will involve implementing tailored strategies, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with teachers and parents.

The types of SEN that could be supported range from (Speech & Language difficulties, Autism Spectrum Condition, Dyslexia and Behavioural Difficulties).

This support could be on a 1:1 basis, small groups or general classroom support depending on the needs of the children.

Our client school will also play to your strengths/preferences, but also encourage learning and support you through gaining experience in more unfamiliar areas.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous child support experience, SEN background preferred.
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
