International Quotations Executive to join our team based in
Nottingham. You will join us on a
full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

The International Quotations Executive Role:

We are looking for an experienced Export Quotations and Tenders person who has an excellent understanding of Laboratory Equipment and Supplies within an International sales group.

You will be supporting Sales colleagues, liaising with supplier partners (internally and externally) to form the best possible solution to customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities of our International Quotations Executive:

To take primary responsibility for the production of all quotations and tender responses on behalf of our export team in response to customer and distributor enquiries
Complete all aspects of quotation preparation including profitability, product selection, format and presentation of final offer
Keep and maintain an electronic filing system of all quotes produced internally and externally.
Meet key performance indicators and targets as set by the Business
Ensure Manager is provided with up to date workinprogress information
Ensure compliance with the official works procedure and adhere to the Departments commitment to work towards continuous improvement
Carry out any other reasonable requests detailed by your Manager

What we're looking for in our International Quotations Executive:

Experienced individual who understands the laboratory supplies industry and the product portfolios of suppliers and competitors to tailor our client responses accordingly
The ability to adhere to clear guidelines and procedures as well as an eye for detail
The ability to build strong working relationships with customers both internally and externally
Knowledge of Company IT and Operating systems
Experienced Exporter with a good understanding of export terminology and procedures
Highly PC literate and a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly excel and word.
Foreign language skills would be a distinct advantage in particular French.
Any previous front line customer service, quotation or technical support experience would be an advantage
