Fixed Term Contract - 9 months

Up to £50k depending on experience + fantastic benefits

Role Overview:

As Delivery Partner you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of People related change programmes while working with key stakeholders to deliver specific business outcomes.

This role will be an integral part of supporting our Health Services business unit to deliver its ambitious 2024 growth plans

What you'll do:

Deliver the successful implementation of people change programmes across multiple areas of our business, but in particular for our Health Services business unit
Manage key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure people processes are clear and understood by all to ensure smooth and timely execution of programme milestones
Assesses and mitigate risks ahead of a project launch
Use and prepare data to generate business insight, prepare business cases and enable commercial and employment legal risk assessments that will support in determining the approach to delivery of people projects

What you'll bring:

Proven generalist HR experience in particular the delivery of HR projects requiring consultation. Experience of TUPE and acquisition integration would be an advantage
Demonstrate strong analytical and commercial skills and have the ability to assimilate and analyse complex business issues
Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Be able to work to specific deadlines and with changing workload
The ability to interpret data and support decisions that will affect how we manage people projects
Possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to manage issues with sensitivity and diplomacy
