Description
This role will include a two stage interview process, including:

Do you have an analytical mind and an eye for detail? Are you results driven, and competent in the production of reports, and the manipulation of data and information from a variety of sources? Can you bring excellent relationship building skills and work well under pressure? If so, you may be perfect for the Data Officer role.


REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge/understanding of collating data and managing database packages
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
A successful track record of delivering data-based training to groups & individuals
Able to interpret and present data in an appropriate way for different audiences
Experience of producing and collating performance reports
Organised; excellent planning and time management skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
High degree of analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Maths & English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent qualification


DESIRABLE SKILLS
Data Management or Data Analysis qualification
Knowledge of industry relevant data sets


Within the role of Data Officer, you will be responsible for gathering and reporting on activity data and information from relevant services.


You will develop and maintain the Data Management system for your area and will skilfully devise and develop a training programme for other staff around compliance with internal data collection systems.

This is your opportunity to ensure that appropriate data information systems are in place and ensure timely responses to data information requests.
