Who we need
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our already successful student support & Inclusion team.

What you'll bring


This role would include working with learners who may require additional support with both emotional and behaviour needs, so experience in this area is essential.

This role requires a strong teamwork ethos and supportive interventions.

It will be paramount to encourage and nurture learners to build independence and confidence to progress on their journey in education.


Essential skills and experience include:

  • Confidence in dealing with behaviour support in and out of the classroom
  • Knowledge of behaviour support plans and how to successfully implement change
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • An ability to empathise with Learners individual needs
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as contribute to the team collective
