My client is one of Bristol's best-established recruitment businesses.

From their humble beginnings 10 years ago to a current team of over 200+, they have achieved vast success in recent years, particularly during and after the Pandemic.

They have several brands under their banner and are looking to broaden out their housing team


They pride themselves on having one of the best L&D departments in the recruitment industry, offering both classroom-style and ad-hoc training in a healthy mix.

This has led to a very low-turnover rate with staff, as well as some major successes and promotions across the company.


Due to their rapid growth, they are now looking to add to this L&D team to help build on their recent success, enabling long-term prosperity within the business.


Daily Tasks:


  • Delivering bespoke training courses to new starters and existing staff
  • Analysing and constantly improving the L&D offering
  • Work across numerous sectors to support training needs
  • Be the goto person whenever assistance is required
  • Strong Stakeholder management

Applicant Requirements:


  • 4 years of recruitment experience or 13 in L&D
  • Some experience in training other recruiters
  • A solid approach to helping others
  • A passion for training
  • Patience
  • The ability to work in a fastmoving recruitment company
  • Willingness to share training methods and experiences
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic attitude
