Marketing Manager

Redditch

£40k - £45k


Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a Redditch based client with a new opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

My client is a well-established company who pride themselves on their dedicated customer service and fantastic reputation.

With a number of branches nationally and a strong growth plan to open further sites over the next twelve months and beyond, they arenow looking for a Marketing Manager to plan all marketing activities to drive footfall and enquiries into branches nationally.


Key duties and responsibilities include:


  • Plan & book all marketing activities to support the branches
  • Work with branch managers to identify opportunities for local advertising
  • Speaking to publishers to book & negotiate advertising
  • Support new branch openings with signage & promotional materials
  • Manage the branch marketing budgets
  • Writing, proofing, and checking ad copy to meet deadlines
  • Track marketing performance to help make advertising decisions
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as required
  • Assist with updates to company website & social media
  • Manage purchase orders and checking invoices

Skills and experience

  • 12 years marketing experience gained in house or agency side
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Confident in making decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Knowledge of print and creative process would be beneficial
  • Previous use of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Full UK driving licence
This role will be hybrid working both in the office and from home plus occasional visits to branches.
