Marketing Communications Consultant
Salary/Grade:
£50,500 + per annum dependent upon experience
Location:
Larne, Northern Ireland
Benefits:
- 25 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holidays

As a Marketing Communications Consultant, you will be a divisional expert in Electric Power Marketing Communications with responsibility for aftermarket marketing communications.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
May include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with dealers on marketing campaigns, define and execute campaigns alongside dealer marketing teams.
- Tailor content and strategies for regional effectiveness
- Review leads and lead management processes with dealer teams
- Collate regional marketing plans and share with dealer marketing teams to achieve alignment
- Organise dealer communications updates and collaboration sessions
- Engage dealer marketing teams in using key platforms eg collaborative marketing platform
- Overall, you can expect to Define innovative marketing communication strategies for product and services promotion via physical & virtual customer experience including tradeshows
- Work in partnership with internal and external creative agencies to develop creative briefs e.g. for advertising including print, digital, and video assets
- Analyze industry trends and the competitive environment
- Collaborate with dealer marketing teams in Americas and Europe, Africa, Middle East regions
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, or a Communicationsrelated role.
- Marketing Cloud experience
- International marketing experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues, mentor and coach, and/or persuade others on new marketing tactics, new technology and distribution methods
- Good human relations skills to develop a collaborative/cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the business unit. Demonstrated proficiency in multiple projects management
