Our brilliant fundraising team is looking for a Senior Fundraising Executive.
GOSH Charity have put significant investment into supporter recruitment over the past couple of years and are now one of the largest recruiters of supporters within the charity industry.
Our small but brilliant team has a clear focus on recruiting new supporters using what we call direct dialogue methods, partnering with agencies who speak directly to the public about GOSH.
Our team manages all recruitment via door to door and public sites such as supermarkets, shopping centres and railway stations, as well as exciting events like Formula 1, the London Marathon and some of our own bespoke events like Race for Kids.
This job is known internally as Senior Individual Giving Executive (Direct Dialogue).Role Overview:
- We'll be recruiting significant numbers of new supporters this year
- Our recruitment programme is one of the largest in the sector
- We've launched our restricted regular giving campaign to raise funds for a new Children's Cancer Centre at GOSH (it's our biggest ever capital appeal)
- We collaborate with brilliant colleagues and agencies within the industry and have access to amazing creative opportunities and data analytics tools
You will receive unique experiences within a high performing team, giving exposure to campaigns which are genuinely changing children's lives every day.
You'll either have a background in the charity sector or be looking to make a switch from another industry.
We'll coach you around how we recruit supporters and why our team is so crucial.
In order to thrive, we'd love you to:
- Be a brilliant ambassador for our team, GOSH Children's Charity and the hospital
- Be tenacious, moving the team towards ever more challenging KPIs
- Have previous experience with project management
- Have experience of budget management
- Have the ability to manage a range of different stakeholder relationships
- Be an exceptional multitasker and forward thinker
