We are now looking for an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the team at their Hucknall branch.

Experience is desirable, however we can also consider trainees that can demonstrate a background in sales or high level customer service

The Role

As an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, you will respond to incoming sales leads to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales.

Specifically, you will work with efficiency and to the highest standards as you play a leading role in the achievement of branch lettings targets.

Your role will also involve:

Arranging and attending property viewings
Providing viewing feedback to all vendors within 24 hours
Responding to market appraisal enquiries and arrange valuations
Maintaining uptodate applicant lists ensuring contact every 14 days
Carrying out sales support admin

About You
To be considered as an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator you'll need:

Experience within the property industry or demonstrate sales / customer service experience in a similar setting
A full, valid driving licence
Excellent customer service skills
To be highly organised
Enthusiasm
