  • The Property and Projects team is responsible for creating innovative, safe, sustainable and agile workspace, focused on staff wellbeing, client excellence, creative and inspiring workplace environments, to underpin the highest standards of staff wellbeing and productivity, and supporting the provision of client service excellence maximising property lease events to facilitate innovation, behavioural change and suitable growth.


Reporting to the Head of Property and Projects, the Property and Projects Coordinator is responsible for providing project support for Property driven projects.

The key functions of the role are to

  • Administer the capital process for major capital strategic projects and ad hoc BAU investment;
  • Liaise with Finance to produce monthly / quarterly / annual capital investment forecasts;
  • Act as project coordinator for small projects;
  • Act as project support arising from critical lease dates or fabric issues, including arranging calls and meetings, updating project documents and document management;
  • Administer the risk process for the Property and Facilities departments
