Responsibilities:
- Provides general administrative support for the Rugby Site
- Interacts with teams from other UK locations and international sites
- Prepares and creates management presentations and reports
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for senior managers
- Provides professional assistance
- Organises site events & conferences
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality, commitment and flexibility
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient experience working with Microsoft office and outlook
- Agility to work in a fastpaced and consistently changing environment
- Professional-Level English language skills preferred
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
