Duration: 3 Months (potential for extension)
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Resourcing Source Group is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients team as a Complaints and Customer Care Administrator on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daytoday administrative support for the Complaints and Customer Care Team.
- Liaise with external affairs, MPs, and Councillor executives before matters escalate to the Housing Ombudsman.
- Assist with complaint resolution and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks related to complaint inboxes, task boxes, and payment processing.
- Support case handlers during peak periods by taking messages and assisting with calls.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
