Role Overview

As a Learner Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert support for all programmes and services within the Tes Institute brand.

Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving complex learner issues, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring the seamless operation of our learning management system (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a focal point for resolving complex learner inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Liaise with various departments to address learner issues promptly and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Programme Directors to develop and maintain Tes Learn courses, incorporating relevant compliance processes.
  • Provide support to schools, our valued license partners, in utilizing the Tes Learn platform and onboarding new customers.
  • Oversee fundamental Maths & English testing and compliance, as well as End Point assessments.
  • Generate and maintain monthly reports for governing bodies and internal partners, ensuring timely submission.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of Pathway Tutors for ongoing learner support.

Requirements:


  • Engaging and articulate manner with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with database management systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LMS, and other relevant platforms preferred.
