The Opportunity

The Facilities Management team is made up of Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineers, who have a strong understanding of both the technical and the consultancy aspects of the job working in a variety of sectors.

We are looking for a facilities management professional who has this blended technical knowledge, to undertake the process of providing specialist advice on all aspects of the aftercare of buildings including Strategic and Financial Planning, Technical Services and Operational Support.

From that, you will deliver technical excellence and high-performance sustainable solutions.

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for people who:
Have a background in design/installation and maintenance of M&E and management of M&E services.

Have a practical approach to solving and delviering projects, and able to work under their own intiaitve

Hold a good understanding of the FM Marketplace.

Are familiar with financial management and budget control of projects.
