LOCATION:
Hambleton, Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire

SALARY &


BENEFITS:
£20,000-£25,000 pa DO, plus pension contributions


WORKING HOURS:
Full time (Monday - Friday) plus Toil which can be taken off in Lieu.


The Company
Daedalian Glass Studios is a family run business established in 1986.

We design, manufacture, and install luxury decorative glass for a wide range of clients, working primarily for interior designers and architects in the hospitality, private residential, and superyacht sectors, throughout the UK and abroad.


The Job Role
Working within our Business Development team to communicate branded content across marketing channels and to process incoming customer enquiries.

With the support of our Business Development Manager, this job is ideal for a motivated individual with a desire to learn new skills.

  • Answering new client enquiries and providing advice.
  • Collecting all the information required by our estimator to generate quotes.
  • Following up with clients in a polite and friendly manner once a quotation has been created to secure orders.
  • Preparing sales reports, and analysis prior to team meetings includes data entry to update the ACT sales CRM postmeeting.
  • Creating job sheets on the Access CRM to hand over to the studio team for sample production
  • DaytoDay scheduling of social media activity
  • Writing blog posts / general copywriting for the website.
  • Managing the sample library inventory liaising with customers regarding the loan and return of sample stock.
  • Capturing footage of the studio and installations team at work (photographs and videos).
  • Research new leads / market trends.
  • Attending trade shows, both as an exhibitor and as a visitor to conduct market research.
  • A grasp of computer software and ability to pickup new programmes quickly.
