Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Triage/OH/Practice Nurse on a full time permanent basis, within term time (so you work 39 weeks a year).

The role is based across 4 sites in South East London - Bromley, Bexley, Orpington and Greenwich.
You divide your time between the sites with some home based work.

This is a newly created role and the successful nurse will take the lead in the health and wellbeing of employees.

You will be able to shape this role as you liaise with a range of stakeholders including Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Student Experienceand Human Resources regarding the wellbeing of employees.

The role of Triage Nurse will involve

  • Health promotion
  • Oversight of the health surveillance programme
  • Supervision of mental health first aiders
  • DSE Assessments
  • Supporting health and safety with accident reports
  • Providing support with the management of infectious diseases
  • Arranging events and activities to promote Personal, Social, Health & Economic (PSHE) education.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to operate with autonomy, possess innovation and the ability to inspire others as well as the ability to persuade others.

Confidence in presenting to a range of audiences is essential as well as the abilityto identify and implement health initiatives.


Salary:
£36, £38, Actual for the 39 weeks) + 32 annual leave days, Excellent pension schemes, on-site gym
