Areas of Responsibility
- Researching new sites and locations for Spotless Water stations
- Answering the concessions phone line ensuring no calls are missed
- Managing the concessions inbox
- Assessing incoming leads and assigning to the appropriate BDM
- Requesting site surveys and managing the survey diary
- Managing site contracts through to signature
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is in place for a smooth handover to the installation team
- Passing correct information for each site to the Site Relationship manager and Billing Coordinator

- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Good allround IT skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic
Schedule - Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm
