- Manage the commercial and contractual performance of residential developments from start through to completion.
- Procure subcontract packages, prepare tender documentation, review quotations, negotiate terms, and place subcontract orders.
- Maintain strong cost control across all live sites by monitoring project costs, valuations, and forecasts.
- About You:
- HNC qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction (or equivalent).
- Residential experience in housebuilding, housing associations or main contracting required.
