Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading regional housebuilder has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

1. Manage the commercial and contractual performance of residential developments from start through to completion.
2. Procure subcontract packages, prepare tender documentation, review quotations, negotiate terms, and place subcontract orders.
3. Maintain strong cost control across all live sites by monitoring project costs, valuations, and forecasts.

• About You:
• HNC qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction (or equivalent).
• Residential experience in housebuilding, housing associations or main contracting required.
