We have an exciting opportunity to join our Central Services team based in Hinckley.

e-Harley Street LTD run and manage 12 GP surgeries cross the county.

We provide support to our Practice Managers which allows them to get on with the vital role of ensuring our patients and surgeries are looked after.

This involves dealing with all the invoices that we receive from locum GPs and Nurses, Medical supplies, utility providers etc.


We are a small, thriving and fun team to work with and this role is the next piece in our puzzle.


In time, processes will need to be created, contracts will need to be reviewed and consolidated, and budgets will need to be managed.


This is a great time to get involved in order to be instrumental in setting up a first-class service to our practices, clinicians and suppliers.


The role

  • Invoice processing
  • Handling suppliers and Locums queries
  • Liaising with colleagues across our surgeries regarding queries
  • Processing of payment runs
  • Processing adhoc payments
  • Supplier account reconciliations

What you will bring:


  • Experience in providing finance administration.
  • Knowledge and experience of financial and accounting procedures
  • Dealing with invoices in a timely and effective manner
  • Passion for data analysis
  • Advanced user of MS Excel (able to work with vlookups and pivot tables)
  • Selfmotivated, capable of working on own initiative but also enjoy being part of a team
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work with key partners and clients at all levels.

Job Types:

Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
