A dynamic, innovative, and well-established company are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will own and develop the overarching sales and marketing strategy, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and influencingbusiness growth.


This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished sales and marketing specialist with proven business development and account management experience who enjoys working within a fast-paced, targeted sales environment.


The successful applicant will have a proven sales background with the ability to drive through sales on case completions and confidently build client relationships, ideally within the professional services or property sectors.


As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement the overarching sales and marketing strategy, working closely and collaboratively with the relevant internal teams
  • To lead on strategy of key marketing projects and campaigns
  • Analysis and development of the sales and marketing plan
  • Campaign effectiveness you will build a measurement framework to identify campaign success/weakness, channel effectiveness and analysis of results
  • Oversee all aspects of the marketing mix, campaigns, social media, website, and direct mail
  • Drive through completions on high value client cases
  • Develop marketing strategy for acquisition to grow the number case completions, re
- activate customers and ensure growth of customers is in line with business objectives

  • Develop the brand externally to prospective and existing clients and partners
  • Provide insightful and timely market and customer intelligence to support the business development processes and provide opportunities in the market
  • Manage forecasts, budgets, and targets

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with the following skills and experience:

  • 3-5+ years of outbound new business or business sales experience
  • You will need to be confident and keen to consistently make multiple outbound calls, build strong client relationships and negotiate the closure of multiple high value cases
  • Capable of developing an integrated sales and marketing strategy
  • Fluent in marketing techniques and understanding the drivers of growth
  • Expertise in strategic planning, maximising return on investment
  • Able to demonstrate making clear strategic decisions based on accurate insights and data
  • You will need to be goal oriented with the tenacity to manage rejection and maintain a positive outlook
  • Successful history of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets
  • Considerable experience in leveraging data for commercial success

Hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday 9.00am 5.00pm
  • Initially officebased, with a flexible / hybrid working pattern to be considered thereafter dependent on diary obligations

Salary and benefits:

- £30,000 - £45,000 plus uncapped Bonus

  • Free parking
  • 25 days annual leave (+ 8 bank holidays)
