Customer service advisors Office based

  • German speakers Required for this expanding travel company. They are looking to fill 6 positions, paying 24k plus £600 bonus. They are looking for fluent German speakers from travel, hospitality or other service related industries but 2 years call centre experience is a must

Customer service advisors duties

  • Using your fluent German Service travel clients with any questions in regards to their hotel bookings.
  • Handling customer problems with empathy and patience in a goal driven environment

Customer service advisors skills required

  • World class customer service skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ideally from a travel, hospitality or service related industry, 2 years call centre experience is a must

Additional information

  • The office is open 7am to 11pm, so you will be working various shifts
  • They are open 7 days a week including bank holidays
  • You receive 32 days holidays
