IT Support Officer based in Inverness.

Have a look at some of the daily duties within this
IT Support Officerposition:

  • Responsible for assisting colleagues with hardware, network or system issues
  • Maintaining and developing Office 36
  • Scheduling and carrying out maintenance checks and upgrades
  • Liaising with computer users and clients to fault find
  • Providing bespoke technical support
  • Carrying out equipment repairs and replacements
  • Installing and maintaining CCTV planning

The successful applicant will be:


  • Experienced within IT Support
  • An excellent communicator
  • Experienced in Network Infrastructure
