Customer Service Advisor based in Avonmouth BS11

£10.42 per hour - paid weekly every Friday (increasing to £11.49 after 12 weeks)

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our client existing team based in Avonmouth, this will be an office based role. You will be completing 4 weeks of training before being entered onto the 4 week rota.

Our client is a well known parcel distributor and this role involves working within their Depot's Customer Service Hub

What will you be doing?
-
Prioritise and clear the queue having contacted clients and customers to establish correct addresses / label / packaging issues

Conduct thorough investigation of all undelivered parcels to ensure compliance and full resolution to the end customer

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people with exceptional customer service skills preferably from a call centre environment.

Must be competent with Microsoft Office
-
Ability to prioritise workload & multitask

Experience of end to end enquiry case management
-
A clear & confident communicator

The Hours

On a 4 week rota shifts can fall between 8am and 6pm Monday to Sunday
