Advanced Automated Systems Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator on a permanent contract.

A minimum of 2 years continuous experienced usage is required for all applicants.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of steel products to specification and design.

Duties will include:

Operate Press Brakes; including machine setup, programming, selecting tooling & safety checks.
Use of various hand tools and sheet metal machinery in the fabrication and finishing of materials.
Executing works orders.
Quality Assurance of components and finished goods by inspection of own work and others.
Completion of documentation.

There will be a 45 min practical assessment alongside any interview.

Working hours are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:30pm Monday to Thursday and 08:00am -15:30pm on Fridays.

This position is being offered on a permanent basis with a salary £13 - £14 per hour depending on experience, along with 20 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.
