Full-Time Tour Guide / Vehicle Technology Specialist based at the
Jaguar Land Rover Experience (JLRE) centre in Liverpool.

The successful applicant will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited who are a resource management company with a long term agreement to provide resource at the five UK JLRE centres.

The Liverpool Experience Centre is part of the Global JLRE Venues program also incorporating Eastnor, Solihull, Castle Bromwich and Wolverhampton.

JLRE Venues are committed to delivering world class customer experiences whilst also promoting the 4 Brands of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR)

This is a multi brand role, responsible for customer experiences at JLR operated venues in accordance with Experience standards.

The position is primarily venue based working as a key member of the JLRE Liverpool team to provide experiences that exceed our modern luxury client expectations.


The successful applicant will have to adhere and sign to JLR Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate Conduct.

Key Responsibilities _

Role requires multiple talents, covering vehicle technologies and attributes in both the static and dynamic form, whilst also using the manufacturing production facility to showcase brand and company messaging.

Full time role with the requirement for weekend and unsociable hours working as and when required.


As a Tour Guide:


Tour Guides take guests on a journey through Halewood Operations, introducing them to the various manufacturing processes in the production of Range Rover Evoque and Discovery Sport, whilst simultaneously sharing key messages about Jaguar Land Rover and their aspiration to create the world's most desirable, ethical and sustainable modern luxury products.

Throughout the experience guest engagement and safety will be a priority.

  • Providing educational insights for visitors and answering guest questions

  • To maintain a good working relationship with manufacturing / engineering / design
  • Ability to Deliver Classroom based training and coaching sessions

As a Vehicle Technology Specialist
The role involves delivering personally engaging experiences with the vehicles.

A variety of activities inc presentations, demonstration, guidance and instruction on a 1:1 and group basis, adapting messaging and content to resonate with guests.

All with the support and guidance of others within the delivery team.

  • Be passionate about delivering customer service to the highest of standards
  • Represents the JLR brand in a strictly professional manner at all times
  • Have a thirst for knowledge and a proactive approach to learning
  • Have a consistent positive approach to problem solving and able to work under own initiative
  • Specifically interested in the latest In Car Technology and personalisation options of the models
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate the InControl systems, navigation, audio etc with ease.
  • Completes personal development activity. Including mandatory training and Excellence modules
  • Assists the delivery of venue or eventbased activities, experiences and events
  • Delivers briefings to Guests
  • Delivers and tailors driving experience to Guests
  • Showcases 'Jaguar Land Rover Experience' best practice driving techniques
  • Demonstrates an indepth knowledge of all Jaguar and/or Land Rover products to others
  • Provides feedback and suggestions to the Senior or Lead Instructor
  • Supports Lead Instructor and other colleagues in the team with specific tasks such as maintaining the venue to JLR standards

  • Guest satisfaction
  • Experience relationships (Plant, Internal and External Clients)
  • Operational efficiency (utilisation rates of tours)
  • Key contribution and integration into the JLRE team
