The key aspects of the role include:

  • Primarily 9am till 5pm (may include some late shifts and weekends, depending on the needs of the service).
  • Pay rate of £ £12.00 per hour (depending on contractual arrangements)
  • Managing a caseload of clients and providing support according to their agreed support plan and risk assessment.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients in the services, including using Safeguarding and emergency alert procedures as applicable.
  • Liaising with other professionals
  • Attending various management and multiagency meetings as required
  • Leading on any emergencies that may arise including liaising with emergency services as appropriate.
  • Conducting various risk assessments and health and safety checks.
  • Maintaining and recording all incidents or important occurrences and conduct effective handovers to the day staff.
  • An
    Enhanced DBS Certificate (Adult & Child) less than 3 years old (Essential)
  • Experience working within the supported housing sector, preferably some caseload management experience.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • An ability to create and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A clear and robust understanding of professional boundaries
  • A solid work ethic and ability to always remain vigilant
  • A high level of personal integrity
  • The right to work within the United Kingdom

Salary:
£11.95-£12.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

Supported Housing: 1 year (required)

  • Caseload management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Enhanced DBS (required)
