Bedford, Bedfordshire

We pride ourselves on being specialists in the provision of support services to providers of supported housing for vulnerable people.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate that they:

have excellent communication skills,

- are dependable, responsible and can remain professional and calm in all situations.

- are experienced in working with vulnerable people

We pride ourselves on being specialists in the provision of support services to providers of supported housing for vulnerable people.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate that they:

have excellent communication skills,

Primarily 9am till 5pm (may include some late shifts and weekends, depending on the needs of the service).
Pay rate of £ £12.00 per hour (depending on contractual arrangements)
Managing a caseload of clients and providing support according to their agreed support plan and risk assessment.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients in the services, including using Safeguarding and emergency alert procedures as applicable.
Liaising with other professionals
Attending various management and multiagency meetings as required
Leading on any emergencies that may arise including liaising with emergency services as appropriate.
Conducting various risk assessments and health and safety checks.
Maintaining and recording all incidents or important occurrences and conduct effective handovers to the day staff.
An
Enhanced DBS Certificate (Adult & Child) less than 3 years old (Essential)
Experience working within the supported housing sector, preferably some caseload management experience.
Excellent communication and administration skills
An ability to create and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers
A clear and robust understanding of professional boundaries
A solid work ethic and ability to always remain vigilant
A high level of personal integrity
The right to work within the United Kingdom
