The key aspects of the role include:
- Primarily 9am till 5pm (may include some late shifts and weekends, depending on the needs of the service).
- Pay rate of £ £12.00 per hour (depending on contractual arrangements)
- Managing a caseload of clients and providing support according to their agreed support plan and risk assessment.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients in the services, including using Safeguarding and emergency alert procedures as applicable.
- Liaising with other professionals
- Attending various management and multiagency meetings as required
- Leading on any emergencies that may arise including liaising with emergency services as appropriate.
- Conducting various risk assessments and health and safety checks.
- Maintaining and recording all incidents or important occurrences and conduct effective handovers to the day staff.
- An
Enhanced DBS Certificate (Adult & Child) less than 3 years old (Essential) - Experience working within the supported housing sector, preferably some caseload management experience.
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- An ability to create and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers
- A clear and robust understanding of professional boundaries
- A solid work ethic and ability to always remain vigilant
- A high level of personal integrity
- The right to work within the United Kingdom
Salary:
£11.95-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
Supported Housing: 1 year (required)
- Caseload management: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Enhanced DBS (required)
