- Lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Partner with nonfinance stakeholders to provide strategic financial insight
- Drive the delivery of financial targets and objectives
- Monitor and report on financial performance and trends
- Facilitate financial decisionmaking through robust analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Participate in the development of the organisation's financial strategy
- Manage and mentor a small finance team
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional qualification in Finance or Accounting
- Significant experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong ability to influence and partner with nonfinance stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills
