The Role

  • Joining the Corporate Tax and Incentives Team.
  • Leading your own projects (support available as needed) and handling client relationships (both internally and externally).
  • Active role in business development.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 14 years' PQE
  • Ability to give succinct legal and tax advice in an efficient manner whilst understanding (and anticipating) the commercial needs and objectives of the client.
  • Require a broad understanding of UK corporation tax, VAT and stamp duty land tax
  • A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be selfmotivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
