Description:

An excellent opportunity for a Retail Area Manager with experience of the luxury goods market ( Essential )

Based in London with travel across the South of England


Responsibilities will include:

Achieving sales budgets for your area of responsibility
Training of sales teams within boutiques.
Managing owned boutiques and overseeing the sale activity and training for franchise and SIS
Ensuring the implementation of Best Practice and KPI
Working closely with the marketing department for special events.
Working with the visual merchandising team.
Providing reports to the senior management team.

The Person

Excellent people leadership, sound commercial, strategic and IT skills
You may currently be a Regional or Area Manager. Premium luxury goods experience is required.
This could be with apparel, accessories or fine jewellery / watches.
