UCB is looking to appoint a Telephone Support Officer to work as part of our well established and professional Supporter Care Team.

This is on a fixed term for 12 months, with the possibility of extending.


If you enjoy the variety of a wide-ranging job role and can quickly adapt to the diversity of functions while offering a willing smile, professional service and calm composure then this may be the role for you.

This position will be based at our Operations Centre, Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF

Salary:
£21,250 p.a. plus staff benefits. UCB's staff benefits include life assurance of 4x salary, healthcare cash plan, and matched pension contributions up to 6%
