Finance Business Partner - 6 Months - £400 - £500 Per Day (Inside IR35) - Basingstoke - Hybrid - ACCA/CIMA/ACA

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a fast-growing, highly reputable, market-leading company in their search for a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a contract basis.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong background within FP&A to step into a FTSE listed business with over £2 billion revenue and assist the wider business in driving performance.

The Finance Business Partner Role includes the following duties:

Provide a business partnering framework for the company's Head Office.
Ensure that the business heads are equipped with accurate insight and information at all times.
Support the wider finance team in duties such as monthend accounting/reporting, business case support and other financial planning processes.
Full monthend responsibility (preparation & consolidation).
Create monthly Management Information and review with businesswide directors.
Provide insight into monthly results and partner with directors to achieve financial targets.
Challenge key senior stakeholders on decisions that will directly impact financial targets.
Responsibility for all forecasting processes including budgeting, 5 Year Plan.
Develop insightful reporting that is trusted by the business in order to build confidence and trust with businesswide Directors.
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
Immediately Available or Available on Short Notice
Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fastpaced environment
Prior experience in working closely with senior stakeholders, particularly nonfinancial
Ability to present complex financial data in a confident manner to both financial and nonfinancial members of the business
Understanding of the importance of providing advice and guidance to help drive business performance
Strong commercial acumen
Continuous improvement mindset
